ULS Remarketing Terms & Conditions

Universal Leisure Services are acting as an agent on behalf of you the customer. 

We require your vehicle for a minimum term of 6 weeks, this allows us to prepare the vehicle for advertisement and to market it.

If for any reason you require your vehicle to be returned before the end of the 6-week period, you the customer would be liable for all transportation, preparation and advertisement costs. (available upon request)

Upon completion of the 6-week period, if the vehicle has not sold, you will be given the option of having the vehicle returned to you at the cost of return (logistics only). You will also have the option to renew for a further 4-weeks (should all parties agree). If a sale is not completed within this time frame (10 weeks), we will return the vehicle to you free of charge.

Only vehicles sold from our showroom will include a 12 month ULS Premium Protect Warranty (Our warranty does not include non-factory fitted accessories)
