Universal Leisure Services are currently recruiting for a full time Operations manager.

Here at Universal Leisure Services, we pride ourselves on the service we deliver to our clients across the UK. As the Operations manager, you will be smart, professional, and knowledgeable within our industry sector, making us the leading go to company for clients looking to utilize our services in the sale/procurement of their leisure vehicles. 

We are seeking:

A hard-working individual, who is willing to learn and adapt their skills to fit our business model. You will preferably have knowledge of the Motorhome/Camper industry (although full training will be provided). You will work from home but will be required to travel to our office in Featherstone, West Yorkshire at least once per week.

Role specifics:

• Responsible for our Tele marketing operation and all its functionality within our organization including staff, recruitment, budgets/Targets, including your own departmental budget. 
• Vehicle Purchase appointing.
• Assisting with vehicle advertisement.
• Involvement with our senior management team and in particular close shared responsibility with our Field & Logistics team.
• Responsibility for Daily/weekly/monthly reporting and analytical involvement with senior team.
• Assist with logistics planning.
• Input and close involvement with our Marketing Management.
• HR Responsibilities including contractual matters and work with our HR partner.
• Home based. (Some traveling Involved)
• Some weekend work involved.

Essentials:

• Must have excellent telephone skills.
• Must have a sales background.
• Must have a full UK driving License.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Must have a good level of computer literacy. 
• Be able to work both mobile and based in our Showroom in Featherstone, West Yorkshire.

Here at Universal Leisure Services, we pride ourselves on the service we deliver to our clients across the UK. Our Valuer/Appraisers are smart, professional, and knowledgeable within our industry sector, making us the leading go to company for clients looking to utilize our services in the sale/procurement of their leisure vehicles. 

We are seeking:
A hard-working individual, who is willing to learn and adapt their skills to fit our business model. You will preferably have knowledge of the Motorhome/Camper industry (although full training will be
provided) Sales experience is essential.
A C1 licence is preferable/ Full driving licence with a maximum of 3 penalty points.
Must be prepared to travel on every form of transport (pre-paid by ULS)
Must be prepared to work some unsociable hours, this will include long days due to vehicle transfers or
travel times.
Be able to be both mobile and based in our Showroom in Featherstone, West Yorkshire.

What we offer in return:
Salary: £21/30,000 p.a. plus uncapped commission. This is dependent on the applicant and their
experience within the industry.
Company mobile/sim and Laptop, travel expenses paid in advance.
Paid holiday shut down over the Christmas Holidays (we do work bank holidays from time to time)
