Universal Leisure Services are acting as an agent on behalf of you the customer.
We require your vehicle for a minimum term of 6 weeks, this allows us to prepare the vehicle for advertisement and to market it.
If for any reason you require your vehicle to be returned before the end of the 6-week period, you the customer would be liable for all transportation, preparation and advertisement costs. (available upon request)
Upon completion of the 6-week period, if the vehicle has not sold, you will be given the option of having the vehicle returned to you at the cost of return (logistics only). You will also have the option to renew for a further 4-weeks. If a sale is not completed within this time frame, we will return the vehicle to you free of charge.
Implied terms as to satisfactory quality/fitness for purpose of the vehicle do not apply to any transaction between the purchaser and Universal Leisure Services.
All appliances, fixtures and the vehicle/chassis sold through us the agent (Universal Leisure services) come untested. It is the vehicle owners sole responsibility and duty of care to ensure the appliances, fixtures and vehicle/chassis are safe to use for the end consumer.
No liability or responsibility is accepted by Universal Leisure Services for any injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, expense, or any other claim arising from any fault with any appliance or fixture of any vehicle sold to the purchaser. It is the sole responsibility of you the customer as private seller.
We accept bank transfer . Due to high bank charges for cash deposits, we no longer accept cash as means for payment.
